The Large Highland Box
The Large Beef Box will provide you with delicious restaurant quality food for your family meals and special occasions. The Large Beef box includes:
2 x Roasting Joints (1.5kg - 2.5 kg each)*
4 x Sirloin steaks (250g each)
4 x Rump steaks (250g each)
2 x Rib-eye (250g each)
5 x Packs of mince (500g each)
5 x Packs of diced braising steak (500g each)
8 x 6 oz Burgers (2 packs of 4)
* Our Roasting Joints are Silverside, Topside, Chuck, LMC or Brisket. If you have a preference, please let us know and we will try to accomodate where possible. Please be aware we only have one cow available at anyone time thus this is not always possible.
